Membership is available to professionals seeking to be a part of the IJA community of industry professionals and to participate in various levels of certification to document his or her knowledge as a pet care professional.
The IJA System of Certification is designed to allow the professional to begin certification testing as a bather, then test out as a groomer and then a stylist.
Advanced certification is also available to document the specialists who have achieved outstanding scores in the art of bathing, grooming and styling.
Certification will be available for the Salon Manager as well as other types of certification such as First Aid and CPR.

How to Register
Individuals interested in becoming an IJA Member must read and complete the registration procedures.
